Hotel Check-in and Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 15:00 hours. Late arrivals must be notified to the hotel to avoid no-show status.
- City Tax is payable by guest directly to the hotel upon check-in.
- Hotels may require a security deposit, refundable upon check-out.
- We'll book rooms according to your requirements, but availability at check-in will determine the exact room type (double bed or twin bed). We can't guarantee specific bed configuration.
Sightseeing and Tours
- Sightseeing offerings are subject to availability.
- Read your voucher carefully and arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to ensure a smooth and punctual start to your tour.
- Tours using public transportation (SIC) or Hop on Hop off services require guests to arrange their own transfers to and from the designated meeting point.
- Swiss Pass holders are responsible for their own airport/station to hotel and sightseeing transfers.
Transportation
- Private vehicle disposal is limited to 10 hours per day. Additional hours will incur extra charges, payable directly to the driver.
- Compulsory driver tips of Euro 3 per person per day are payable directly to the driver.
- Drivers are not guides; their expertise lies in safe and efficient navigation.
- Transfers are only available between 8 am and 8 pm. Transfers outside these hours will incur a surcharge.
- Driver details will be shared 2 hours prior to pickup time.
- Airport and Station Transfers: The driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. Failure to meet the driver within this timeframe will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
General
- It is the responsibility of the agent and passengers to carefully read and follow the instructions on the booking vouchers.
- No refunds or amendments are possible for missed activities or transfers.
- If any services (train, flight, bus etc.) are cancelled or affected by strikes, we won't be liable. Guests will need to arrange new tickets. We'll refund any amounts received from suppliers.
